Understand how Allure supports your portfolio.
Clear expectations are part of responsible portfolio oversight. These answers explain Allure’s services, process, reporting and portal experiences.
How the relationship works.
The relationship is simple: you own and direct, Allure coordinates. You set the goals, approve the priorities, and keep the lease, the rent and every decision that matters. Allure runs the day-to-day work behind them — tenants, vendors, maintenance, operations and reporting — across every asset and market, and holds it to consistent standards. There is no takeover and no cut of your rent. What you gain is one accountable team and clear visibility, so a multi-property portfolio stays manageable while it stays entirely yours. The questions below fill in the details.
Is Allure a traditional property manager?
No — and that's the point. A traditional manager takes over your property and takes a cut of your rent to justify holding the keys. Allure works the other way: we coordinate tenants, vendors, operations and reporting, but the lease stays in your name, the rent flows to your account, and every decision stays yours. We coordinate. You decide.
How does Allure support owners from a distance?
Owners can direct and review their portfolio remotely while Allure coordinates tenant service, local vendors, maintenance, projects, reporting and documentation.
What is Umuzo?
Umuzo is the supporting technology for dashboards, workflows, documents and communication. Allure is the service company working directly with owners and coordinating the portfolio.
Do the portals authenticate users yet?
The portals you see are secure-access previews, built and ready for identity and live-data integration. Production access is configured during onboarding — and early owners help shape exactly how their workspace works.
What financial information will I see?
Your reporting covers revenue, operating expenses, NOI, cash flow, reserves, budgets and variances — every asset on one consistent basis. The exact accounting scope and source systems are set up with you during implementation, so the numbers match how you already run your books.
Can Allure support one property?
Yes. The framework can begin with a single asset — a smart place to start building repeatable systems you'll scale as you grow. The value compounds as the portfolio gets more complex, but there's no minimum to begin.
How are vendors managed?
Allure can coordinate qualification, insurance and compliance records, scopes, work orders, scheduling, service standards, completion evidence, invoice review and performance tracking.
How do we begin?
