Combined verifiable income must be at least three times the monthly rent. The standard security deposit is one month’s rent. Processing normally takes 24–72 hours after a complete application and all requested documents are received. An approval is valid for 7 calendar days unless confirmed otherwise in writing. Every adult occupant must be listed as an applicant and provide the requested documentation.

Allure will use the personal information and documents provided to identify applicants, evaluate financial eligibility, verify employment, income, references and rental history, and prepare or administer a rental relationship if approved. Information will be treated confidentially and shared only with providers required for evaluation, competent authorities, or as permitted by law. Contact Allure through the designated application channel to request access, correction, cancellation or objection regarding your personal information.

Declaration and authorization

Each signing applicant declares that the information provided is true, current and complete, and authorizes Allure to verify identity, references, rental history, employment, income and document authenticity. False, incomplete, altered or misleading information may result in rejection. This application is not a lease, does not reserve a unit and does not guarantee occupancy. Any approval is subject to signing the lease, providing agreed guarantees and paying required amounts.
